Plasma oil-free ignition technology is a new technology that ionizes air into plasma and ignites pulverized coal directly, so as to start or stabilize coal-fired boiler. Our company plans to cooperate with universities to apply this technology to the burners of thermal power plants. The plasma burner can be arranged at the nozzle of the lower main burner, which can feed coal vertically or axially, so as to make the pulverized coal in the burner more uniform and smooth, reduce the possibility of internal coking and combustion loss, simplify the system setting, reduce the resistance of the primary air duct of the composite muffler, reduce the oil consumption, and solve the problems of excessive peak load regulation of the unit and stable combustion of the boiler under low load. No oil ignition can save energy.
