If the buyer delays the acceptance or inspection of the winning supplier or refuses to accept or inspect the winning supplier after delivery, installation and commissioning in accordance with the contract, it shall bear the direct losses of the winning supplier. The buyer shall organize an expert group to inspect the project (the inspection standard shall be implemented in accordance with the bidding documents, current national standards and industry standards). The inspection is completed within 30 calendar days after the project setting adjustment is qualified. If the inspection is not qualified, the supplier must provide the qualified supplier with the technical documents of goods, including the Chinese technical documents of all equipment, such as product catalog, muffler modification drawings, operation manual, operation instructions, maintenance manual and / or service guide. These documents must be packed and shipped with the goods. The successful supplier shall also provide the following services: (1) site installation, commissioning, start-up supervision and technical support of the goods; (2) on site installation, start-up, operation and maintenance of the goods shall be provided by the manufacturer and / or project operator. The ancillary service fee is included in the contract price, and the buyer will not pay separately. The successful supplier shall guarantee that the supplied goods are brand new and unused and fully meet the quality, specification and performance requirements specified in the contract. The successful supplier shall ensure that the installed muffler has satisfactory performance within its service life under the conditions of correct installation, normal use and maintenance.
